Join us for an open house at the Emergency Overflow Homeless Shelter on Nov. 1 from 5:00-6:30pm. Come see the improvements we've made to the shelter this summer and learn more about this important resource! Refreshments will be served. The Emergency Overflow Shelter is operated by the Capital Area Council of Churches and hosted at First Lutheran Church in Albany.
