Thriving Congregations
The Capital Area Council of Churches exists because a group of churches recognized that an ecumenical organization could provide a venue for churches from different denominations to interact. Each year, clergy and laity from these churches assemble to provide important direction for CACC.
This 2024 Annual Assembly will meet on February 8 at First Lutheran Church, 181 Western Ave. in Albany. The entrance is at 646 State St. The meeting will begin at 6 pm with a social time. The purpose of the Assembly will be to conduct Council business and present a program exploring thriving congregations.
Member churches are encouraged to send one or more, clergy and laity, to the Assembly. Please register below your intent to attend and the information to others in your congregation that might be interested.
